In this powerful 3-hour Naked Awakening workshop, women are invited to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim the power they’ve unconsciously given away. Reclaim Your Power is a transformative experience designed to help you recognise where you may be leaking your energy, giving your power to others, or carrying stories that no longer serve you.
Through the vulnerable yet liberating practice of nude yoga, sharing circles, and deep connection exercises, you will peel back the layers of fear, doubt, and shame. This space provides an opportunity for profound healing, including connecting with and nurturing your inner child, allowing her the freedom to express and heal.
This experience is for women ready to reclaim their truth, step into their power, and embrace their bodies as a source of strength, beauty, and self-love.
